Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare a cookie sheet with waxed paper or a non-sticktable tablecloth for cooking.
Spoon Parmesan cheese with 2 centimeters of space between each one on the tray.
Bake the cheese for 7 minutes or until the edges begin to turn color. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
