Daigakuimo, a totally new and innovative recipe, dare to prepare it and enjoy its flavor so much.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 pound of sweet potato
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Sesame seeds

    Preparation

    Cut the sweet potatoes into pieces. Heat the oil and fry the sweet potatoes at 350ºF until brown. Mix water, sugar and soy sauce in a pan.
    Put the pan over low heat. When the liquid becomes sticky, remove from the heat and add the sweet potato fries.
    Quickly mix the potatoes with the sticky sugar. Sprinkle sesame seeds during the coated sweet potatoes.
