Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 packages Noodles No. 0
  • 2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 guajillo chilies, without seeds
  • 5 cups Water
  • fresh cheeses, grated
  • sour creams
  • 1 avocado, in slices

Preparation

Fry the noodle in oil until golden brown.
Finely chop the onion and chili in pieces. Add these ingredients to the noodle pan together with the tomato puree.
Add the water and wait for it to boil, cover the pan to let the water drain.
Stir occasionally so the noodle does not stick, serve with fresh cheese, cream and slices of avocado.
