Ingredients

6 servings
  • PAM® Original Canola oil spray
  • 6 pieces of corn tender cooked
  • 100 grams of Chile de árbol pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of epazote branches
  • 100 grams of Cotija cheese
  • 2 pieces of lemon
  • 3 teaspoons of Mayonnaise low fat
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the corn until they are soft, drain them and with the help of a knife separate the grains.
    Spray a pan with 4 shots of PAM® Original, cook the garlic, onion, add the corn grains, let it cook with the epazote branches and the chile de árbol over a low heat, salt and pepper.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with Cotija cheese, mayonnaise and lemon to accompany.
