Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 6 corn, tender cooked
  • 100 grams Chile de árbol pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
  • 4 epazotes, branches
  • 100 grams Cotija cheese
  • 2 lemon
  • 3 teaspoons mayonnaise, low fat
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cook the corn until they are soft, drain them and with the help of a knife separate the grains.
Spray a pan with 4 shots of PAM® Original, cook the garlic, onion, add the corn grains, let it cook with the epazote branches and the chile de árbol over a low heat, salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Serve with Cotija cheese, mayonnaise and lemon to accompany.
