A European dish, with an authentic English flavor. These European potatoes will enchant you, it is the perfect garnish for your dishes.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams beef, soft minced
  • 500 grams potato
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, grated
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Cook the potatoes and peeled in a pot with boiling water, until they are cooked, about 20 to 30 minutes, drain and crush with a grinder.
