This rich recipe gives a special touch to ordinary French fries thanks to garlic and parsley, lcasi we could say they are light.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 potatoes, big
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

Pre warm the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the garlic for 2 minutes. Remove the garlic from the oil.
Cut the potatoes into strips, in a deep bowl mix the potatoes with the oil and salt.
On a pre-greased baking sheet (you can use vegetable spray), place the potatoes and bake for 35 minutes or until golden and crispy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with light mayonnaise.
