Preparation
Pre warm the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the garlic for 2 minutes. Remove the garlic from the oil.
Cut the potatoes into strips, in a deep bowl mix the potatoes with the oil and salt.
On a pre-greased baking sheet (you can use vegetable spray), place the potatoes and bake for 35 minutes or until golden and crispy.
