Ingredients

  • 8 tomatoes, round ripe
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, filleted
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350º F. The tomatoes add a minute to a saucepan with boiling water so that they can be peeled, then I split them in half.

They are put in the oven very hot to brown. Serve immediately garnishing with the basil leaf.
