Delicious and aromatic cream with garlic and cilantro as an excellent companion for soy meat balls.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 Mayonnaise median
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper freshly ground

    Preparation

    Peel the garlic and stew well until mashed
    Pour the mayonnaise into a container and combine with the cream cheese until homogenized
    Add the garlic paste, cilantro, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Serve as a companion for meat, fish or snacks.

    los ajos machacados si se mezclan con el queso , la mayonesa se quedarían pedacitos y se sentirian al comerlos o se hace licuado esa es mi duda....

    Se puede sustituir la mayonesa con media crema?

    Le faltó! Me llamó la atención pero al ver la receta me doy cuenta que le faltan pasos, osea las dos cabezas de ajo crudas machacadas mezcladas con el resto de los ingredientes???? El ajo crudo es sumamente fuerte y picante, si va crudo yo solo pondría unos cuantos dientes de ajo y si usara las dos cabezas las freiría primero. También me parece excesivo un frasco completo de mayonesa aunque sea mediano. 3-4 cucharadas por mucho para darle buen sabor y ya.
