Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of eggplant big or 2 small
  • 3 green lemons get the juice
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of black sesame seed

    Preparation

    Wash the aubergines, peel and cut into small strips, as small as possible
    Place in a glass bowl, add lemon, oil and salt

    Remove from refrigerator before serving to serve at room temperature
