Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo yukon potato, peeled and finely sliced
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a refractory with butter.
Mix the milk with the cream, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add the garlic in the refractory and fill with slices of potatoes. Keep putting the potatoes in layers. Finally bathe the potatoes in the milk and cream mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
