This potato gratin is perfect companion for meats. Very easy to make and it will be the sensation in the Christmas dinner, since its rich flavor of cream, cheese and garlic is irresistible. Préparalas!

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of papa yukon peeled and finely sliced
  • 2 cups of cream to beat
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • pinches of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

    Preparation

    Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a refractory with butter.
    Mix the milk with the cream, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Add the garlic in the refractory and fill with slices of potatoes. Keep putting the potatoes in layers. Finally bathe the potatoes in the milk and cream mixture.
