Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cauliflowers
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Serve cauliflower and broccoli on small trees.
Peel the carrots and chop.
Place all the vegetables in a small refractory with a lid and pour the milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Portion the butter in small cubes and distribute over the vegetables.
Kitchen covered for 9 minutes at maximum level.
Remove from the oven and place the cheese on top.
Cook without lid at medium level, for 1 more minute or until the cheese gratine.

TIPS

Accompany it with a glass of wine or a refreshing drink.
