Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 250 grams puff pastry
  • 1 can Jalapeños Peppers Stuffed with Black Beans in Tomato Sauce La Morena®
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mustard, for the sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper, white, for sauce
  • 2 pinches salt, for the sauce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spread the puff pastry with a rolling pin on a previously floured table until it is ½ cm. of thickness and cuts 5 x 5cm squares.
Open the can of Jalapeños Chiles Stuffed with Black Beans in Tomato Sauce La Morena®, with a brush place a bit of tomato sauce in each box, over these a chili and close two points of the pictures. Varnish with egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the cream and mustard, mix perfectly and cook for 5 minutes; season. Reservation.
Serve the chiles in an extended dish and accompany with the mustard sauce.
