Preparation
Wash the beans. Cut the edges. Cut in half. Pour the green beans into a pot of water. Heat for 5 minutes to leave a steam point.
Strain the pot with the green beans in a strainer and bathe with cold water to stop cooking.
In a pan place olive oil, ginger root and chopped garlic and fry them. At a level of fire that does not allow them to burn.
Add green beans and sauté for 5 minutes until hot.
While in another bowl, pour water, add the cornstarch with the soy sauce, the melted butter and the salt with garlic. Mixture.
Add the mixture to the pan and stir together with the green beans. Wait until the mixture thickens.
Serve in a bowl. And it serves immediately.
