The green beans, also known as green beans, are a delicious garnish. In this recipe they are prepared with pine nuts, garlic, onion and a touch of lemon juice.

Preparation
Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the pine nuts for 1 minute.
Move the pan without stopping until they are lightly browned (to prevent burning).
Remove the pine nuts and let them drain on napkin paper. Add peppers to the pine nuts until they turn red. Reserve the green beans and the oil left in the pan.
Trim the green beans and remove the threads if necessary.
Put green beans in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes or until tender but firm. Let drain on a colander.
With the skillet oil that is left over, sauté the onion for 5-10 minutes. Add the garlic and fry it for 30 seconds more.
Put the green beans in the pan and mix them with the onion and garlic until they are hot.
Add the lemon juice, stir and sprinkle the pine nuts on top. Serve immediately.
