Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 mushrooms, cut into halves
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 pumpkins, Italian, sliced
  • 4 cambray onions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons vegetal oil
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 skewer sticks
  • 1 yellow lemon, cut into quarters

Preparation

Mix the vegetables and season with Knorr® Switzerland Granulated Chicken Broth, pepper and oregano
Assemble the skewers by inserting the vegetables
Seal the skewers in a very hot frying pan with oil.
Place 1/4 lemon at the end of each skewer and serve.
