Preparation
To make the mixture of the crepas liquefies the salt, oil, eggs, flour, and milk in the blender.
Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (you can distribute it in the pan with a napkin so it does not get greasy).
With a spoon wave is served a little of the mixture in the pan, ensuring that cover the entire pan and let it cook about 45 seconds until golden brown on the bottom.
The same thing is repeated until all the crepes are made. They settle into a platter and reserve.
