If you are bored of the sandwich, this recipe is for you! The crepes are rolled with a layer of cream cheese, ham and cheese. You can use your imagination and add the ingredients you like.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams Ham, in slices
  • 200 grams cheese, in slices
  • 95 grams cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 360 milliliters milk, (1 1/2 cup)
  • 100 grams flour, (1 cup)
  • 120 grams egg, (2 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

Preparation

To make the mixture of the crepas liquefies the salt, oil, eggs, flour, and milk in the blender.
Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (you can distribute it in the pan with a napkin so it does not get greasy).
With a spoon wave is served a little of the mixture in the pan, ensuring that cover the entire pan and let it cook about 45 seconds until golden brown on the bottom.
The same thing is repeated until all the crepes are made. They settle into a platter and reserve.
Spread the cream and cover with a thin layer of cream cheese, then a slice of ham and finally a slice of cheese. It is rolled and placed on a platter.
Repeat the previous step with all the crepes.
Put the crepes in a refractory oven to melt the cheese a little.
They are served accompanied by a tomato sauce, or hot sauce.

Sustitutos del embutido Se puede rellenar de queso de cabra, manchego y queso crema o también de queso y tocino, pues con eso ya está cubierto el requerimiento de proteína.
