Preparation
In a cold bowl, beat the cream in the blender at high speed for 8 minutes or until the cream separates from the cream.
Place the solid part, from the previous preparation, on absorbent paper towel Bounty® and squeeze to dry the remaining serum.
Divide the butter into two parts.
To one side add the chipotle, the walnut and season with salt and pepper.
To the other add garlic, chives and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Place each butter on non-stick plastic paper and wrap until it forms a roll, refrigerate for 30 minutes to obtain consistency.
Serve on slices of baguette.
