Try this delicious beet hummus, perfect as a snack or to botanize an afternoon with friends in a healthy way. You can accompany it with toasted pita bread or with whole-grain crackers.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 beets, cooked and without peel
  • 1 cup pea, Cooked
  • 1 lemon, just the juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, smoked
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sriracha sauce, (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup pita bread, toasted

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the food processor to make a homogeneous puree.
Serve and serve with toasted pita bread.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

TIPS

You can also accompany with integral crackers.
