Ingredients

  • 2 kilos spinach, filleted
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, boiled and crumbled

  • 700 grams manchego cheese, chopped
  • olive oils
  • lemon juice
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

To cook the rice it is not necessary to rinse it, only for 1 cup of rice put two cups of water, first heat the water and when it is about to boil add the rice and let it cook for 20 minutes, on medium low heat, to avoid Whisk the rice, let cool.
