Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo Sos® brown rice
  • 2 kilos carrot, grated
  • 1 kilo beet, grated
  • 400 grams walnut, filleted
  • 700 grams Manchego cheese, chopped
  • olive oils
  • orange juice
  • honey
  • salt

Preparation

To cook the rice it is not necessary to rinse it, only sew 1 cup of rice for two cups of water, first heat the water and when it is about to boil add the rice and let it cook for 20 minutes, on medium low heat, to avoid Whisk the rice, let cool.
Place in a wide container and not so deep, the portion of each ingredient (rice, carrot, beets), as forming mounds and each ingredient bathe with olive oil and orange juice, this so that each ingredient absorbs the flavor and Season perfectly, let stand 2 minutes and stir together with cheese, walnut, honey and salt.
