Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Add the water in a medium pot, place the potatoes in the pot and cook over high heat for 20 minutes or until they are soft. Remove from the water and let cool.
Peel the potatoes and cut into medium pieces, add them to the processor and process until you get a very fine purée.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and sauté it without taking color. Add the mashed potatoes and mix very well.
Add the milk to the puree and continue cooking for 10 minutes more over medium heat, stirring constantly, and remove from the heat. Allow to cool completely.
Put the puree in a sleeve with curly duya and form pyramids with the puree. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
