Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo curd
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 leaves epazote, (optional)
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • Swiss Knorr, to taste

Preparation

Place the butter in a pan over a fire and since it is dissolved add the finely chopped onion, once it is clarified, mix the cottage cheese and reduce the heat.
Add epazote leaves and corn kernels, as well as salt, pepper and Swiss Knorr.

TIPS

You can serve it in taquitos with freshly made tortillitas is delicious.
