Ingredients

  • 3/4 kilos pea
  • 2 green onions , finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 twig parsley
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 leave thyme
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Put to melt the butter in a saucepan.
Peas are washed and peeled.
The onion and other ingredients are allowed to boil right there and when they are fried, add a glass of water, cover them and let them boil over low heat until the peas are well cooked.
