Preparation
Cry the chicken previously cut into cubes until it is golden brown, ready and remove from the pan and put it on a separate plate.
In the same pan add oil and semidoramos the rice, ready add the onion and chili until they take a transparent color, add the chicken and then add the water and consommé. Let it boil at the first boil down the flame and cover very well the pan waiting for 15 to 20 minutes or until ready.
