Delicious tortillas stuffed with fresh cheese in a red sauce that has been passed down from generation to generation. They love children, it's delicious, they have to taste it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 4 egg whites, to nougat point
  • 350 grams fresh cheese, panela, ranchero, the one that you like that does not melt
  • 1 can mashed tomatoes
  • onions, chopped, to taste

Preparation

Part the cheese into strips and put it inside the tortilla, but do not leave it.
Once finished, prepare the egg whites until nougat and heat in a pan with the amount you consider oil.
Dip the tortilla in the egg until nougat until it is well covered and drain it one by one. Put them on a napkin so that excess fat is removed.

Estos no son peneques, son quesadillas con tomate.

También se pueden hacer con tomate verde , chiles serranos y un poco de silandro al gusto y para mejorar y llenar bien se le puede poner nopales ya hervidos mmmmm queda súper rico
