Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 bunch of asparagus (big)
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil of good quality
  • 2 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper freshly ground

    Preparation

    Rinse the asparagus with water. Cut the white stem below, make two cuts of 2 centimeters diagonally.
    Fill a pot with water in half and let it boil. Once it boils, add the asparagus and slightly reduce the heat for 2 minutes.
    In a bowl add the rest of the ingredients. After 2 minutes remove the asparagus and add them and put them in this mixture.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve hot or at room temperature.
