Preparation
Chop the tomatoes finely in very small cubes. Chop the onion. Chop the mountain chiles. Add these ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Pour the tablespoons of olive oil (if you want more or less let the amount be to your liking), add several drops of Tabasco Habanero (to taste). Mixture.
Sprinkle with pinches of salt and pepper. Mixture.
