Ingredients

4 portions
  • 170 grams tuna, Pescamar® *
  • 3 sardines, in Albo® olive oil *
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons capers, Bogador® *
  • 6 gherkins, in vinegar Helios® *
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 10 pickled onions
  • 1 can piquillo pepper, Bogador® *
  • salt
  • ground black peppers, Terana® *

Preparation

Drain the tuna and sardines.
Chop the bittersweet pickles.
Drain the peppers.
In a bowl mix tuna and sardines, add pickles, parsley, lemon juice, capers and mayonnaise.
Fill the peppers with the mixture.
To mount with a baguette previously toasted.

PRESENTATION

It can be accompanied with a green salad.
