Ingredients

4 servings
  • 170 grams of tuna Pescamar® *
  • 3 sardines in Albo® olive oil *
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of capers Bogador® *
  • 6 gherkins in vinegar Helios® *
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 10 pickled onions
  • 1 can of piquillo pepper Bogador® *
  • Salt
  • ground black peppers Terana® *

    Preparation

    Drain the tuna and sardines.
    Chop the bittersweet pickles.
    Drain the peppers.
    In a bowl mix tuna and sardines, add pickles, parsley, lemon juice, capers and mayonnaise.
    Fill the peppers with the mixture.
    To mount with a baguette previously toasted.

    PRESENTATION

    It can be accompanied with a green salad.
