Potatoes with tomato stew, I love this recipe of dripping potatoes, it is very tasty as a garnish and you will see that everyone will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 potatoes, cooked
  • 1 ulna chicken soup
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 canned cream (Crema de Leche Nestle)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 pinch achiote, powdered
  • 1 cup White cheese, grated

Preparation

Boil the potatoes until they are soft
In a skillet over medium heat melt the margarine until it boils without burning, add the onion, annatto powder and the chicken broth and sauté.
Add to the butter mixture, the cream of milk, the cilantro and the grated cheese, mix well until the cheese melts
Check the flavor and salt and pepper if necessary
At the time of serving pour the stew over the hot potatoes
