Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 poblano peppers, blistered, sweating, without the skin and without seeds
  • 1/2 cups Vegetables soup
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • enough salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup rajas poblanas
  • enough fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation
