An easy and delicious way to prepare portobello mushrooms. In this case we are going to gratin them and fill them with red and yellow bell pepper. You can eat them as a main course or as a side dish.

Preparation
In a large pan add butter and oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, peppers and finally the tomato, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the portobello mushrooms with the hollow part down and cover for 2 minutes.
Turn them over and fill with the peppers, leaving them in the same pan.
Add a few drops of English sauce to each and put a little cheese on top of the mushrooms. Cover and let them gratin.
