Preparation
Cook the potatoes steamed.
Peel potatoes.
Cut the potatoes in not very thick slices.
Arrange the potato slices in a glass refractory to cover the base of the refractory.
Add a part of the cream on top of the potatoes forming the second layer.
Add a part of the chopped ham forming the third layer. Go seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the cheese forming the fourth layer.
So on, until covering all the layer refractory, trying to make the last layer of cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle the ground bread in the last layer.
Put the refracario in the microwave until it melts and brown the cheese.
Cut into squares, take out the portions with a spatula and serve.
