Ingredients

4 portions
  • 120 grams sausage, shredded
  • 1/2 onions, diced
  • 150 grams fresh cheese, grated
  • 4 branches parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 package corn tortilla chip
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Fry the potatoes with a third of the onion. When the potatoes are browned, add the sausage, season and remove from the heat. Reservation.
Mash the avocados with a fork, add the oil, the vinegar, the other third of onion and chicken broth. Mixture.
