Ingredients

  • 120 grams of sausage shredded
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 150 grams of fresh cheese grated
  • 4 branches of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 package of corn tortilla chip
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil

    Preparation

    Fry the potatoes with a third of the onion. When the potatoes are browned, add the sausage, season and remove from the heat. Reservation.
