Preparation
Put the potatoes to boil in a large pot with water. Reduce the heat and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 17 minutes. Drain and let stand for 20 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into pieces.
Put a layer of potatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with a little vinegar, salt and pepper. Continue with layers of potatoes with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
