Preparation
Inside a bowl, mix the potatoes, carrots, lettuce and peas.
Part the avocados lengthwise and in half, remove the bone, and a bit of the pulp.
Add the pulp of the avocado to the preparation of the vegetables. Add cream and mayonnaise, season with salt.
Fill the avocados and accompany with crackers.
