Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 potatoes, medium, cooked, peeled and diced
  • 1 carrot, large, peeled, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup pea, Cooked and drained (canned)
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 6 avocados, medium, divided in half throughout
  • salt

Preparation

Inside a bowl, mix the potatoes, carrots, lettuce and peas.
Part the avocados lengthwise and in half, remove the bone, and a bit of the pulp.
Add the pulp of the avocado to the preparation of the vegetables. Add cream and mayonnaise, season with salt.
Fill the avocados and accompany with crackers.
