Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of sausage
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 2 cups of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of cheddar cheese finely grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of flakes of chili
  • 1 kilo of papa cambray
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • enough of scallion finely chopped

    Preparation

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chorizo until the fat is loose, add the onion, garlic, cilantro, add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese, the chili flakes and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Place the preparation in a sleeve and reserve.
    In a deep pot with water and salt, cook the potatoes until they are soft, remove from cooking, drain and on a short board in the shape of a cross without splitting it completely. Fill with the previous preparation, sprinkle with chives, serve and enjoy.
