Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo potato, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • salt
  • dry thyme
  • 1 kilo roma tomato
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons bee honey
  • 40 grams brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • ground clove
  • black pepper
  • table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • cinnamon
  • sweet paprika

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
Mix the previously cut potatoes with the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste on a greased baking sheet. Take care not to be piled up.
Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes, turn them over and bake for 20 more minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley and thyme, serve.
For the homemade ketchup: Boil the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Smear the onion and chopped garlic . Incorporate the tomato in cubes and let it simmer for 40 minutes or until it forms a pastry.
Blend the mixture, add the vinegar, salt and spices.
Return to the fire, moving frequently until it thickens. Allow to cool and refrigerate in a glass container.
