Preparation
The chorizo is put in a hot pan, fried in its own fat.
The cooked potatoes are peeled and cut into small cubes.
To the dough you put salt and a little water and knead it to make it soft.
Join the chorizo with the potatoes.
You take a very small portion of dough between your hands and try to make a small tortilla that fits in the palm of your hand. you add a little filling, the balls with your hands to form a 5 cm cigarillo and fry them in the hot oil. for 5 minutes until they are well cooked.
You put them to drain on absorbent paper and serve them like this in the photo or with refried beans.
