Preparation
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chorizo until releases the fat, add the onion, garlic, cilantro, add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese, the chili flakes and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Place the preparation in a pastry bag and reserve.
In a deep pot with water and salt, cook the potatoes until they are soft, remove from cooking, drain and on a board cut in the shape of a cross without splitting it completely. Fill with the previous preparation, sprinkle with chives, serve and enjoy.
