Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 potatoes big
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil
  • 1/6 of liter of tomato puree
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Wash the potatoes and cook in a little water with a pinch of salt.
    Finely chop the onion.
    Heat the oil and fry the onion until the onion becomes transparent.
    Cut the cooked potatoes into cubes of approximately one cubic centimeter (one potato can take out about 30 cubes) and add to the pan with the onion.
    Add the tomato puree and stir to avoid sticking until the puree tone changes, add the cup of water, salt and pepper to taste.
    Lower the flame and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes moving occasionally so that the potatoes do not stick.
    To serve.
