Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of White potato without peel, cut into slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil

  • 4 pieces of chile poblano
  • 1 Cup of corn yellow
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 3 cups of Asadero cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a marinade, add the potatoes with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper, place the potatoes in a tray and bake 20 minutes or until they are crispy or cooked. Remove from the oven and reserve.
