Preparation
Cook the potatoes until they are soft. Remove, drain and cut into slices.
Grease a medium refractory mold with butter and 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic sauce on the bottom and sides of the mold.
Aside, mix the melted butter and the remaining garlic sauce. Save. Preheat the oven to 350º.
Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste. Place a layer of potatoes in the mold, pour a little butter and cream.
Continue like this until you end up in a layer of cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bring to preheated oven until browned cheese.
