Surprise everyone with this wonderful recipe of gratin potatoes, apart from being delicious it is economical and very easy to make!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 potatoes, median
  • 1 teaspoon spicy garlic sauce
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can milk cream, (little)
  • 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook the potatoes until they are soft. Remove, drain and cut into slices.
Grease a medium refractory mold with butter and 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic sauce on the bottom and sides of the mold.
Aside, mix the melted butter and the remaining garlic sauce. Save. Preheat the oven to 350º.
Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste. Place a layer of potatoes in the mold, pour a little butter and cream.
Continue like this until you end up in a layer of cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bring to preheated oven until browned cheese.
