Hypapatamo is a potato that is a hippopotamus, hiPAPAtamo, it has chives of teeth and a tongue of butter. Prepare this delicious and fun recipe for your children.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 piece of potato
  • 1 piece of fresh scallion
  • 1 portion of Butter
  • 2 grain of black pepper (for the eyes)

    Preparation

    Rub the potato and prick with a fork everywhere, cook in the microwave for about 6 minutes with 2 tablespoons of water or until tender on the inside.
    Once the potato is cool to the touch, cut a small opening at one end to make the hippopotamus's mouth. The size of the opening depends on the size of your potato.
    Cut one end of the green part of the scallion into pieces 1/2 inch and push some of them into the potato in the front of the mouth, these will be the teeth.
    Add the portion of butter inside the opening (the mouth) for the tongue.
    Cut two small triangular pieces of potato skin on top of the head and fold forward to make the hippo's ears.
    Add 2 peppercorns for your eyes and enjoy your Hypapatamo!
