Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 kilos potato
  • flour, the needed
  • salt, necessary amount
  • black pepper, a pinch
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Heat the oven to medium / high temperature.
If you prefer, you can peel the potatoes, but leave them in the shell and wash them well.
Cut the potatoes into 1 cm slices. of thickness approximately.
In parallel, in a bowl, place the flour, season it with salt, pepper and if you prefer, chives, oregano, or any species that is to your liking. Mix
Wet the whole surface of a potato with the olive oil.
Reboce each slice of potato individually (No, no egg, the flour will adhere to the potato with its own juice) and arrange them side by side in the roasting pan.
Bake until brown, turn each slice and return to bake until golden brown on the other side.
Serve hot, and enjoy!

TIPS

- It is important that all the potatoes are well browned when turning them over. - It is advisable to use fresh herbs to aromatize. - The malagueñas chips are excellent companions for baked meats.
