Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo potato, cooked and peeled
  • 190 grams Philadephia cheese, ®
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons bouillon powder
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups oil, to fry

Preparation

MASH potatoes with half Philadelphia® Kraft® Cream Cheese, cream, cornstarch, parsley and season with broth.
FORM balls with your hands and fill with bits of the remaining Kraft® Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
PASS though flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry.
SERVE accompanying a meat dish.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with the blackberry sauce, it will give a delicious touch.
