Potato cake, manchego cheese, oaxaca cheese, sour cream and ham. A simple and perfect delight to eat as a main course or as a side dish. Prepare it at home and consents to everyone.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 800 grams of potato
  • 400 grams of Manchego cheese
  • 300 grams of Oaxaca cheese
  • 450 milliliters of sour cream
  • 1/2 kilo of Ham in thick slices
  • to taste of coarse salt

    Preparation

    Cut the potatoes into slices and cook with water and salt, until they are soft.
    Grate the manchego cheese, crumble the oaxaca cheese.
