Potato cake, manchego cheese, oaxaca cheese, sour cream and ham. A simple and perfect delight to eat as a main course or as a side dish. Prepare it at home and consents to everyone.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 800 grams potato
  • 400 grams manchego cheese
  • 300 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 450 milliliters sour cream
  • 1/2 kilos Ham, in thick slices
  • to taste coarse salt

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into slices and cook with water and salt, until they are soft.
Grate the manchego cheese, crumble the oaxaca cheese.
Arrange a layer of potatoes in a refractory, then a layer of oaxaca cheese, another of ham, cream and Manchego cheese. And so on until they are 3 layers and finish with Manchego cheese.
Bake the potato cake for a few minutes at 180 ° C, to make the cheese gratin.

TIPS

You can bake this recipe or you can also cover the mold with aluminum foil and place it in the stove, on a griddle over low heat.
