This recipe was my imagination because one day I dreamed about this so the next day I got up and I wrote down the ingredients with which I was dreaming that night.

Ingredients

7 servings
  • 1/5 of kilo of potato
  • 1 kilo of Oaxaca cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • oils the necessary
  • Salt the needed

    Preparation

    Put the potatoes to cook in a pot with hot water.
    Once the potatoes are hot, put them in a large container so that we can make them porridge.
    Once in the container go crushing them with a large spoon.
    Once ready, add the egg and Parmesan cheese as necessary and continue with the previous process.
    When the preparation is ready, take a portion in your hands and make it in the form of pancakes, and put the cheese in the center in cubes.
    At the end put them in a pan with hot oil, put them in the pan and wait for 10 to15 minutes or until they are well cooked.

    TIPS

    You can accompany it with a salad and some delicious steamed vegetables.
