Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grate the potatoes with the medium and fine grater to get two different grated potatoes. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the potato and reserve mixture.
On a tray place waxed paper and spread the potato mixture, bake for 20 minutes or until the potato is well cooked.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the fine herbs and the green onion, add enough to get a spreadable mixture. Reservation.
Remove the potato from the oven, fill with the cheese, ham and spread the cream cheese mixture. Roll and bake 10 more minutes so that the cheese is grated.
Cut into slices, serve with a salad and enjoy
