Potato Roll Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

Prepare this original baked potato roll filled with a mixture of cheeses such as mozzarella, gouda, manchego and cream cheese flavored with fine herbs and dried chives with a little ham. This roll with the center of melted cheese is going to be ideal to share it with whoever you prefer. Always the combination of potato cheese and ham is delicious.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 10 pieces of potato grated, for potato mixture
  • 3 pieces of egg for potato mix
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper for potato mix
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg for potato mix
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch for potato mix
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of fine herbs
  • 1 tablespoon of scallion dry
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese cut into sheets
  • 1 Cup of cheese Mozzarella, gouda and cheddar
  • 10 slices of Ham
  • to taste of Salad To accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Grate the potatoes with the medium and fine grater to get two different grated potatoes. Reservation.
    In a bowl mix the ingredients of the potato and reserve mixture.
    On a tray place waxed paper and spread the potato mixture, bake for 20 minutes or until the potato is well cooked.
    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the fine herbs and the green onion, add enough to get a spreadable mixture. Reservation.
    Remove the potato from the oven, fill with the cheese, ham and spread the cream cheese mixture. Roll and bake 10 more minutes so that the cheese is grated.
    Cut into slices, serve with a salad and enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    Make sure that when you ralles the potato with the fine grater, mash it.
