Potato Roll Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

Prepare this original baked potato roll filled with a mixture of cheeses such as mozzarella, gouda, manchego and cream cheese flavored with fine herbs and dried chives with a little ham. This roll with the center of melted cheese is going to be ideal to share it with whoever you prefer. Always the combination of potato cheese and ham is delicious.

  • 10 potatoes, grated, for potato mixture
  • 3 eggs, for potato mix
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, for potato mix
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg, for potato mix
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, for potato mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbs
  • 1 tablespoon chives, dry
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, cut into sheets
  • 1 cup cheese, Mozzarella, gouda and cheddar
  • 10 slices Ham
  • to taste Salad, To accompany


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grate the potatoes with the medium and fine grater to get two different grated potatoes. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the potato and reserve mixture.
On a tray place waxed paper and spread the potato mixture, bake for 20 minutes or until the potato is well cooked.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the fine herbs and the green onion, add enough to get a spreadable mixture. Reservation.
Remove the potato from the oven, fill with the cheese, ham and spread the cream cheese mixture. Roll and bake 10 more minutes so that the cheese is grated.
Cut into slices, serve with a salad and enjoy


Serve a slice of the roll and accompany with a salad.


Make sure that when you ralles the potato with the fine grater, mash it.
