Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 white potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 red onions, filleted
  • 1 carrot, in juliana
  • 1 zucchini, in julianas
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • paprika, to taste

Preparation

Sprinkle a baked refractory mold with cooking spray and sprinkle the potatoes. Put them in the oven at 250 ° C for 1 hour.
Remove the potatoes and let them cool. Then cut them in 4 parts lengthwise and remove as much pulp as possible.
Mix the carrot, zucchini and onion with salt, pepper and paprika.
In a pan with a little oil put the vegetables to cook until crispy.
Sprinkle with vegetable oil a baking tray and put the potatoes also sprayed. Put them until they are crispy.
Grate the cheese, brown the bacon in pieces and cut the chives.
Put the vegetables on top of each potato, then the cheese, bacon and finally the scallion and put them in the oven until gratine.

PRESENTATION

Put them in a botanero around a container with sour cream.

TIPS

They know much better if you add the sour cream.
