Ingredients

6 portions
  • 750 grams potato
  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chili pepper, piu

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Cut the potatoes into 6 or 8 segments.
Melt the butter in a pan and remove it from the heat. Add the oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika and freshly ground black pepper. Add the potatoes and stir to mix well with the mixture.
Put the potatoes on a baking sheet for 30 minutes. Turn over, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake another 10 or 15 minutes. Serve hot.
