Try these delicious baked potato wedges, perfect as a garnish or as a snack. You decide how and when to eat them. Prepare them at home, you will see that everyone will love them.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 750 grams of potato
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic Crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Chili pepper piu

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Cut the potatoes into 6 or 8 segments.
    Melt the butter in a pan and remove it from the heat. Add the oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika and freshly ground black pepper. Add the potatoes and stir to mix well with the mixture.
    Put the potatoes on a baking sheet for 30 minutes. Turn over, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake another 10 or 15 minutes. Serve hot.
